Abstract

The study aimed to explore the impact of e-libraries on youth development in Punjab, Pakistan. The study findings have implications for the government authorities, e-library administration and library professionals in justifying resources, identifying users’ needs with special reference to the youth, and improving resources and services in the elibraries.
