Article Processing Charges (APC)

Payment of publication charges does not guarantee acceptance of a manuscript. Acceptance decisions are based on editorial evaluation and peer review outcomes.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally by the author.
  • Payment received after a confirmed cancellation of the publication process.
  • Technical or administrative errors in payment processing.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • APC payments after completion of editorial processing are generally non-refundable.
  • Payments cannot be refunded due to rejection of a manuscript after peer review.
  • Authors cannot request refunds after publication of their article.
  • Refunds are not provided for changes of mind or personal reasons.
