Abstract

Imagery is a mean of poetic expression whose importance cannot be denied in any way. Analyzing Abbas Tabish’s poetry in this context is not devoid of interest. He created imagery by using different sources. But naturalistic aspect of the imagery is most prominent, where he is inspired by moonlight, chirping of birds, innocence of children, delicacy of flowers and loyalty of birds
