Abstract

Islam introduced the concept of justice and equality. Which was also practiced by the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW and thus indulged to the lives of mankind. Before Islam, there was not any remarkable concept of justice and equality in the world. Now days, due to lack of knowledge there is considered no difference between Basic Islamic Concept of Justice and the Court system in Islam. It is obvious that these two are entirely different. Another misconception is worth discussion over here which is now days very common that people think that the Islam is a religion of equality between the people in every matter. But honestly, this is not very true. Because, Islam surely appeals for the equality among the society but only on the basis of justice. In Islam, the justice is the name of equality between the people in which the the acquisition of the properties of human nature are in balance and concordance. The basic socialism is also a part of these characteristics. So, it can be said that justice is the real combination of both materialistic of life and its fundamentalism and maintains no difference between them. This defines life as mutual aid, harmony sympathy and equality at the same time.
