Abstract
In this article, a research review of the importance and excellence of gifts in Islam has been presented. The religion of Islam is the code of life Islam teaches to share love and build bonds among the servants of Allah. The manifestation of all Islamic teachings and divine orders is the Sunnah of the Prophet. There are merits and benefits in every Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and among these beautiful Sunnahs, a lovely Sunnah is to give a gift. There is a hadith of Mishkut Sharif that "Send gifts to each other, mutual love will arise and enmity and malice will be removed from the hearts." In the blessed hadiths, gift giving is encouraged, and giving gifts to each other is considered as a means of increasing love, especially in giving gifts to relatives, there is also the virtue of mercy. It is given to please the heart of another and to show one's relationship with him.
