Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive code of life in which rights are not only established with Allah but also with fellow human beings. This is significant because Allah has outlined not only the rights with Him but also the rights among His creatures, providing a framework for a strong social system. In modern terminology, these rights are referred to as "Human Rights." The Quran and Sunnah contain a vast array of guidance and regulations regarding the rights of Allah and the rights of fellow human beings. This series is so unique that there is no precedent for it in the world, as the Creator, in reality, has no system in existence that articulates preferences and details in this manner. Among the laws in Islam, there is a notable emphasis on the protection of human dignity, life, and property.
