Abstract
Islam is a complete guideline for living. Land is a place where Allah the Almighty, has provided a lot of opportunities for human guidance. The land is made up of all of the natural resources that man relies on to earn a living. Islam recognises man's personal property of land, providing him to benefit from a lot of different things but prohibiting others from interfering without his permission. The concept of property has been introduced in the Qur'an and Sunnah. From a religious point of view this issue is very important, because it has to do with the economic system of the Qur'an.The Qur'an is not a book of economics, it is a book of guidance. And the economic system of Islam can be presented in an organized way only when the issue of land property is resolved in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Today, there are contradictions between different views on economics and the Islamic economic system. Behind all these economic systems is the issue of land property. The present article will focus on “what is the basic concept of land property in islam and its implimentation in the Modern perspective”. The issue of land property should be harmonized with the true spirit of religion. In Islamic society, the unlimited application of land property has created economic inequality. As a result, it is necessary to resolve this issue so that the Muslim population is aware of it.
