عون المعبود میں شمس الحقؒ کا منہج استنباط و استدلال: تجزیہ و بیان Methodology of Shams al-Haq about Elicitation & Inference in ‘Awn al-Ma’būd: Analysis and Description Section Islamic Literature

Abstract

ʻAwn al-Maʻbūd(عون المعبود)’ is the book of Hadith interpretation. The author was blessed for being skilled enough in presenting the message of Islam with different methods.The jurisprudence, linguistic, and the philosophic approaches are also referred in his description. The author has deliberately measured the strength of contradictory statements. He has established some systematic and intellectual filters to measure the classification of contradictory statements and to make an affective decision upon it. In this paper, the introduction of Muhaddith Maulana Shamsulhaq's "Kitab al-Sunan" Sharh "Aun al-Mu'boud Sharh Sunan Abi Dawud", its characteristics and Shamsul Haq's manner and style in this Sharh have been discussed.
