Abstract

The Islamic Sharī‘ah derived from several sources which are bases of the foundation of Islamic legal system The Islamic Sharī‘ah consist of two primary and basic pillars, Qura’an, and Sunnah The verses of the Holy Qura’an are one of the other significant sources of Islamic legal system These verses are the legal provisions for Islamic Sharī‘ah There are many interpretaters Mufassireen of these verses which are specifically relating to Ahkaam Legal Sharī‘ah Orders Among those scholars, A famous and prominent scholar is Imam Al Kasani R.A.
