Abstract
The colonial system has always affected human culture and livelihood. Since literature is the interpreter of life, its contemporary trends indicate all kinds of situations. The colonies of the British Empire in India spanned many decades, during this time with the historical and cultural life here, the individual and collective life of the individual was affected at every level. The rulers here supported British imperialism in every way to further weaken the weak class under the guise of personal interest. Industrialists, laborers, and farmers, of them, have been given basic resources keeping in mind their interests.
Urdu literature has presented this system of human behavior in every era, in stories and novels there are references to the advantages and disadvantages of the demographic system, but the progressive movement and Urdu fiction helped to bring out all the effects of this system. In the fiction of the imperial system, the economic imbalance and its negative effects were brought forward in various themes. Hayatullah Ansari especially described economic and economic aspects of Urdu fiction and its effects on collective and individual human behavior.
In this regard, he has described hunger as the biggest problem of human life. All his fictions present the human problems of this era and the colonial system as a symbol of hunger. Progressive fiction writers have shown various social, moral, and psychological issues under the influence of this system. In the fiction of Hayatullah Ansari, there is an attempt to bring out its full justifications, especially under the influence of human hunger and the neo-population system.
