Islam is a complete code of life and economics is at the forefront of human needs and if we Muslims work hard all day long but do not recognize the halal and haram earnings, our entire day's hard work, as well as the here and the hereafter, would be wasted. Especially in this material era, when the sources of sustenance have also increased rapidly, money can be earned online from numerous sources while sitting at home, so the need for this item has increased even more. One of the sources of sustenance in these many digital sources is digital currency or virtual currency. In this article, the types of “Zar”, its orders, principles, the transaction of different digital currencies, their nature, mining, saman, gharr, zarar, and qamar have been discussed, in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah and before forming any opinion on the end, fiqhi terms and the summary of fatwas of different universities of the world have also been mentioned. And in the light of research and rulings of jurists so far, it is necessary to avoid transactions and interaction on this currency, because on one hand it does not include paper currency and on the other hand it contains prohibited laws. In this research article, an attempt has been made to find answers to the questions through fatwas and books of jurisprudence from muftis. Extensive study on the various stages of mining in digital money is still lacking.
