Abstract

 The Holy Qur'an is the only book that is available to us in the form of an orderly, organized, living and preserved scripture. Only the Holy Qur'an claims that it is a safe book. Not only its every letter and movement is safe, but also the ways of paying its words have come down to us with continuity and frequency with full health.Despite the fact that  Allah Almighty has taken the responsibility of protecting the Holy Qur'an, scholars and commentators did not close their eyes to the need to protect it. With the revelation of the Holy Qur'an, its writing was arranged. Therefore, scholars and commentators have been created and they have explained meaning of every aspect and angle of the Holy Quran in a dignified manner in different languages ​​of the world. In this regard, the efforts of Muhammad Sharifullah are also worth mentioning, especially his Tafseer (Tafseer Al-Kawthari). But it contains precise and valuable points. It is a masterpiece of literature and a fountain of  knowledge. He is such a personality of Pakistan, especially Province Punjab, who has solved the conflicts. He followed the Hanafi school of thought. He served the Qur'an and Hadith throughout his life with strong arguments and made them his cloak. In the following article, Tafsir al-Kawthari and the introduction of Maulana Muhammad Sharifullah are described.
