Abstract

 In this article, we will try to clarify the rights and responsibilities of the rulers in the light of the biography of Sheikh Hazrat Abu BakrSiddiq,  The biography of the Righteous Caliphs states that they did what the Holy Qur'an or the biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed them to do. Therefore, even in the light of their biography, the rights of the ruling time will be the same as those that have come in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Called The Islamic government is responsible for protecting their lives, property, land and places of worship.
