Abstract

Modern Siraiki poetry is the narration of the life of people of Sariaki Wasaib. The land is of the same age as of the ancient culture and civilizations of the world. Reflection of any nation can be seen through its literature, particularly in the poetry of that language. Siraiki modern poetry has many dimensions. Due to this multi-dimensional attitudes it has the strength to express the life of common people of its land. It look likes the rainbow spreading its colour and making its land enlighten. Although the majority of the people of Sariaki Wasaib are poor and depressive. However they are happy with their fate, sorrows, tears and difficulties are of their identity people of rural area of this land are simple, contented and tolerant they earn their bread by honest meanings.
