Abstract

Ashfaq Ahmad was born in a religious family but he felt loneliness and wanted to know about the wisdom of the east. he used to meet various mystical personalities and gave his deep and rich ideas about mysticism in urdu literature. He was not a mystical personality but had a spiritual approach and was a unique person. He had the great love for humanity which is reflected by his short stories, dramas, zavia and interviews even by his life. He was the beloved personality being a great writer.
