Abstract

Islam is a complete code of life that not only provides guidance to its followers but is a source of progress for everyone who has a soul. Islam emphasizes the creation of an ideal society. The basic unit of every society is family system. Family and attachment to the family is a natural need of humanity. Because Islam is natural, it provides us complete guidance on the family system and its importance throughout our lives. Islam emphasizes the strength and stability of the family. The importance of family relationships and relationships with relatives is also mentioned in the Qur'an. The home or family is the first brick of the nation. The family is the cradle where the future architects of the nation are brought up. But in the present era, the family system is in disarray, one of the reasons being the current Covid-19, which has shaken the foundations of the family system. This article will elaborate on the effects of Covid-19 on family life and provide a comparative overview of family life before Corona and family life after/during Corona.
