Abstract

Apart from Urdu, Punjabi and Seraiki, Sahibzada Tabish Kamal is an all-round poet of regional and local languages ​​besides Urdu, but his real distinction is Urdu Naat. He holds a prominent place among his contemporaries due to his unique style. His Naat poetry contains all the poetic characteristics. Sahibzada Tabish Kamal beautifully uses the poetic the rhetorical figure ‘husan-e-talb’ in his Natya poetry. He also organized the problems of the Muslim Ummah in his Naat poetry and requested the help of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In this article main focus is given to the said rhetorical figure.
