Abstract

 Maulana Maududi holds a central and key position in the reformation of Islamic thought and law, and the person who highlighted the thought of Imam Abu Hanifa,  رحمہ اللہ Imam Shafi'i, Imam Muhammad bin Hasan al-Shibani, Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, Shah Wali Allah, and Dr. Muhammad Hameed ullah. Syed Maududi. His ideas were presented as international law in the 20^th century AD such as the "Law of Prisoners of War" which Maulana described in his numerous writings. Similarly, what can be the rules and regulations of international law regarding the problem of slavery and its modern types, murderous warriors, Jizya, diplomacy, rights and duties of dhimmis. Islamic laws of peace and war, what will be the methods and methods of calling to religion in non-Islamic states, booty, reprisals, pledges, the concept of neutrality, such international debates. In the fourth Islamic State, the interpretation of the Qur'an, the third appendix of the definitions of "Sud" which is related to Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb, I have presented my thoughts and ideas from different aspects with arguments and analytical styles and other civilizations and laws. It has proved the validity of Islamic laws and how human rights can be effectively presented in the modern era.
