Abstract

In this paper, keeping in mind the history and tradition of enlightenment, the thoughts and ideas of Allama Muhammad Iqbal have been evaluated in the light of his various poetic and prose works. In the present era, a special class has come into existence in the name of Khirad Afrozi and Enlightenment, who have used Western civilization as a model while setting the boundaries of enlightenment. In such a situation, it becomes necessary to examine the efforts of the poet of the East, the thinker of Islam and see the limits of enlightenment at an unlimited level. There are clear examples of enlightenment in Iqbal's words and thoughts, which need to be brought forward to see the tradition of enlightenment in the right context for the new generation.
This research article is a link in the same chain that by examining the examples of enlightenment from Iqbal's words and thoughts, Iqbal's place in the history of Khird Afrozi in Eastern literature can be determined.
