Abstract

The story of literary contribution of forces did not end with emergence of Pakistan. There are great poets and writers from armed forces of Pakistan who not only proved their skills by performing their duties as the defenders of the boundary of homeland but also demonstrated their literary excellence by contributing to Urdu and Punjabi literature. Some army persons wrote about the biography of various poets and their writings. This article is an introductory review of Urdu and Punjabi army writers who gave comprehensive information about many great Urdu and Punjabi poets and writers.
