Abstract

Saadat Hassan Manto needs no introduction. His literary services in Urdu literature are commendable. He created his own unique style in fiction writing. In his fiction we find emotional and psychological factors prominently. Along with this, if his fictions are studied, we find that environmental consciousness is also clearly visible in his fictions. The love of nature and the description of natural scenes are often found in his fictions. They want to see the environment in its original state clean and tidy.
