Abstract

Mukhtar Masood has achieved a high position as a unique commentator in the world of literature. He has achieved this position by authoring works like "Awaz Dost", "Safar Naseeb" and "Loh Ayam". In Mukhtar Masood's expressive style, the colours of history and civilization are found. Apart from these masterpiece books, some short fictions have been translated and some fictions have also been published. Mukhtar Masood came to Pakistan with his family and participated in the competitive examinations held in Pakistan in 1949 and was declared successful. He held various high positions in the civil service, he was also the head of several institutions and the federal secretary. At the time when Minar-e-Pakistan was under construction in Lahore, at that time it was called "Yadgar-e-Pakistan". became the commissioner of and named it "Minar-e-Pakistan" because "monuments" belong to the dead and Pakistan is a living reality, which will live forever.
