Abstract

Aziz Shahid Saraiki is considered to be a well-known academic and literary figure of Wasib.His Magical romantic poetry Leaves many traces on the heart and mind of the reader.His poetic greatness is also that he uses bitter words so beautifully that every word is full of sweetness and color. Apart from this, Aziz Shahid's aesthetic sense id very strong compared to other poets.This is the reason that he is familiar with the joys,sorrows and realities of Wasib and writing these realities in beautiful words in his poetry is the specialty of his poetry,in his poetry the woman shines with all her individuality.As the lover becomes the beloved and becomes the goddess of poetry, her words are self-made and the beloved is her only witness.So when we study Chalk, we find that Aziz Shahid is the power of Saraiki poetry.

Everything created in the universe,Earth and Sky. All colors are signs of nature's chalk. Culture and Customs are of every person's life is signs of chalk. The quality of his poetry is that his poetry reflects the culture and civilization of the Siraiki Region especially in the diction of Dera Ghazi Khan.The publication of "Chalk" is a clear proof that he is a legend poet of Saraiki poetry.
