Abstract
Folk literature and especially folk songs are the unique possession of siraiki language. Only man is born and brought up in a cultural environment. Folk literature acquainted in broad term. It includes in itself all our walk of real life. The life of the past seems a dream like world. In it our ancestors modes of behaviors, customs, philosophies ethic, Morals, manner, customs and daily life activities. Our weddings, romance and love stories rather it includes all that man had acquired. Folk siraiki song brought us in the world of imagination and fantasy. Soothe and calm life was the symbol of society. People of this siraiki wasaib were so simple and innocent that they were not aware of about the cunning attitudes of the invaders, who snatch their earth from their feet and let them homeless in their homeland. In such songs we equipped ourselves with the valuable rich life of our past. There was simplicity in dresses; food like Mora keen cloth, Dhela and paisas was the currency in use. Pulses were presented as delicious food in dinner for their loved ones, camels ware used for weddings, baraats, ring name as challa was the sign of true love and sincerity
