Abstract

This research discusses the concept and origination of objective exegesis. It originated very early and like all other sciences developed in response to people’s ever renewed needs through ages, leading to the emergence of many schools and ideas, which forced scholars to study Quran’s issues to meet people’s needs in the different fields. The research reviews the stages to the development of the objective exegesis from its emergence early in Islam to date. Then the research tackles the development of objective exegesis and its significance as the interpretation of the Quran against its own verses and the grandeur of the Quran its miracles. The research then reviews the types of objective interpretation and its research approach that reflects it miraculous nature, its comprehensives and it wide horizons. The research is concluded by applied examples.
