Abstract

There is a significant difference between the scholars of hadith and the jurists regarding the derivation of hadith,  that is why both parties have set the basic rules for understanding the hadith. The work is highlighted, in order to clarify the difference between the reasoning methods of the scholars of hadith and the jurists, and at the end, some examples are presented in which the arguments of the parties are highlighted in order to make it easier to understand.
