Abstract

Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya's book on the subject of the life of Tayyaba (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), full named "Zaad al-Ma'ad fi Hadi Khair al-Ibad", has a prominent position and characteristics in all the books. Because this book does not just mention events and circumstances, but it contains a comprehensive book on the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), his night and day routines, habits, morals, attributes and battles. In fiqh issues, he first mentioned purity in terms of fiqh order, then mentioned prayer and its problems in worship. And we have tried to prove every problem with the Qur'an and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), the topic under discussion is that reciting ameen in prayer with a loud voice and reciting it slowly. Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya often prefers the opinion of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal in conflicting issues and sometimes establishes his opinion on fiqh issues. In the above issues, imam Shafi'i and Imam Ahmad bin Hanabal. Similarly, in the second issue, the jurists have preferred the opinion of the majority of the jurists against the ahanaf.
