Abstract

Maulana Muhammad Husain Azad's book Aab e Hayat is a book on which critics have written a lot. One group of critics is in support of Maulana Muhammad Hussain Azad, while the other group went overboard in opposition to Azad. Both showed partiality in determining the status of Aab e Hayat. Aab e Hayat gained great importance in Urdu literature. There is a need for impartiality in determining the status of Aab e Hayat.
