Abstract

As part of its comprehensive teachings, Islam has laid down provisions aimed at the welfare of the individual, society and the world as a whole. Among these teachings, he commanded us to spend in the way of Allah in order to spread the religion or to help the poor and the needy, which is what I will focus on in this article.

Spending in the way of Allah does not only benefit the recipient, but also benefits the spendthrift, as Allah forgives their sins and sins by virtue of their spending:

"If you give alms openly, it is well, and if you hide it and give it to the poor, it is better for you; and this will do away with some of your evil deeds; and Allah is aware of what you do” (Al-Baqarah: 271).
