ANALYSIS OF ENACTMENT AS EFFECTUAL PEDAGOGICAL TECHNIQUE FOR IMPROVING PRODUCTIVE LANGUAGE SKILLS

Abstract
Presently the system offers fewer possibilities to public sector post-secondary students to enhance their productive English language skills for effectual academic and social. The study enables us to understand that enactment is a pedagogical effective approach of coaching English to post-secondary students to enhance their language abilities in productive skills of English, e.g., speaking and writing. It was performed on one hundred students, controlled and experiment, by choosing a lesson selected from grade XI. The controlled group was taught through teacher dominated technique and it was found that their language skills didn’t improve whereas the group which was taught through enactment not only enacted superbly but also accomplished well in speaking and writing abilities and achieve better score. The study indicates that enactment method for improving productive skills of English needs to be followed regularly by the teachers by deterring traditional, monotonous and out dated methodology for the teaching of English at post-secondary level.
