Abstract
Hazrat Sulaiman A.S was the son and successor of Hazrat Dawood A.S in the chain of Prophethood. You were a great prophet, king and ruler. Allah blessed him with numerous blessings, among which the most prominent blessings were wisdom and knowledge. You also had the ability to understand and control the languages of animals. About Hazrat Sulaiman A.S is mentioned in only one surah in the Holy Quran, Surah al-Namal. In this Surah, the incident of Hazrat Sulaiman A.S and Queen Bilqis is mentioned. In addition, there are some other traditions related to Hazrat Sulaiman A.S in the exegetical books, which are derived from Israeli traditions. The purpose of the research is to examine the Israeli traditions related to Hazrat Sulaiman A.S in the light of Tafsir al-Manthur. In it we will examine the importance of this topic and its limitations. Hazrat Sulaiman A.S was a great prophet and ruler. There are some incidents related to Hazrat Sulaiman A.S in Israeli traditions, which are not mentioned in the Holy Quran. By studying these traditions, we can get more information about Hazrat Sulaiman A.S. The subject of the research is the Israeli traditions related to Hazrat Sulaiman A.S. In this topic, we will review only those traditions, which are mentioned in Tafsir al-Manthur. We will examine the validity of these traditions and their compatibility with the Holy Quran. By studying this topic, we will know that: What are the Israeli traditions about Hazrat Sulaiman A.S? What is the condition of the health of these traditions? What is the compatibility of these traditions with the Holy Quran? With this information we can widen and strengthen our knowledge about Hazrat Sulaiman A.S.
