Abstract

Colonel Dr,Asad Mehmood khan,s book “kakul parad’’is a faccinating , interesting and humorous account based on various situations and events of military training which creatsesa time of joy  and happiness for the reader. In this book, colonel asad exchange incident humor as well as wordplay. Conversational style, use of Punjabi and English. The style of “kakul parade” is very satirical and humorous. But humor in this book, satire has prevailed. Col asad did not follow any author or military litrerature but his own style. Who is also charming and humble. The example of cadet’s military training that you have mapped is rarely seen in military literature. Col. Assad’s book is a beautiful additionto the military comedy literature. Thus col assad name can be counted among theranks of military comedian. Pakistan Military Academy is a high level training center for officers of the Army. Hundreds of officers completed their professional military training in this academy and the training cadets had to face many difficulties. Colonel Assad put these circumstances into action in a way that became immortal.
